Trick-taking games for the 32-card Skat deck. The 32-card German deck (Skat deck) supports 2 games: Schafkopf and Skat. Both are trick-taking games with permanent trumps and card-point scoring.
Every rule of Bavarian 32-Card Games below is frontmatter in the rules corpus. The board beside each is the game itself, live.
Bavaria's defining card game. 4 players, 32-card Bavarian deck, 8 cards each (all dealt, no cards set aside). Permanent trumps: all 4 Obers, all 4 Unters, then the Heart suit. Players bid to be solo declarer or partner caller. The declaring side needs 61+ of 120 card points to win. Core of Bavarian card culture.

Schafkopf
Germany's national card game. One player bids to become declarer and play alone against two defenders. The four Jacks are always the top trumps. Declarer picks up the Skat (2-card blind) and declares a game type before play begins.
